PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of manufacturing a bearing with a pulser ring capable of preventing pitch precision from deteriorating. SOLUTION: The method contains a process which press-fits a metallic ring 16 provided with an elastic member containing a magnetic body into an inner race 5 or on an outer race 4 and a process which magnetizes the elastic member forming as a magnetized body 17 on the basis of inner diameter of the inner race 5 by employing a magnetizing device 20.
