<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell mounted battery-powered car which minimizes damages to a fuel cell even in case of car collision, secures enough spaces for a cabin and trunk room and has a good behavior stability. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle M as a fuel cell mounted battery-powered car comprises a fuel cell 30, a temperature controller 20 to control a temperature of the fuel cell 30, a moistener 40 to supply moisture to a fuel cell and high- pressure hydrogen vessels 14, 14 filled with hydrogen.
