<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's seat cabin for a construction machine for realizing a comfortable working space for a worker capable of facilitating a communication of a driver's seat cabin interior with an exterior in an opening space of a minimum limit by raising a soundproof and a sound insulation while holding a high heat insulation and a high airtightness. <P>SOLUTION: The cabin structure for the construction machine comprises at least one or more openable and closable opening/closing type small window provided at a cabin door.
