<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnosis system for an elevator enabling temporary remote inspection and diagnosis by applying trigger by a communication means on an owner side. <P>SOLUTION: This remote diagnosis system for the elevator is provided with the communication means 10 connected with an elevator control panel 7, a service center 16 arranged in a remote place outside a building 1, a line 11 of the communication means 10, and telephone lines 12, 15. The elevator control panel 7 stores condition data and failure data of the elevator, and the communication means 10 transmits the condition data and the failure data to the service center 16 when performing diagnosis. The service center 16 performs remote- diagnosis from transmission data, and the communication means 10 or the service center 16 has a means for checking customer data when operating the communication means 10, which transmits each data and the failure data when displaying that customer data diagnosis can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
