<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and speedily correspond to needs of elevator users by opening and providing general managers including a building manager and a building owner with change service for specifications of elevator control software from a communication terminal unit connectable with the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The specifications of the elevator control software such as operation specifications of an elevator to be changed, voice, and display of story floor can be changed on Web contents 5 of a WWW server 4 through the Internet 3 from the communication terminal unit 8 or 9. The WWW server 4 prepares software data required to change the elevator control software from the contents of the specifications of the elevator control software changed on the Web contents 5 and transfers the software data to an elevator controller 1 through the Internet 3.
