PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition useful in the treatment or alleviation of inflammation and other inflammation associated disorders such as arthritis, colon cancer and Alzheimer's disease in mammals, preferably humans, dogs, cats and livestock animals. SOLUTION: This medicine composition comprises a heterocyclo-alkylsulfonyl pyrazole represented by formula I (R<SP>3</SP>and A are each a heterocyclic ring; m is 2 or 3; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are each an alkyl group or a substituted alkyl group).
