PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking support device capable of teaching the steering timing to a driver when a vehicle is parked in a parking space. SOLUTION: This parking support device comprises an image pickup means 2 to pick up an image of a marker 1 provided on a road surface, an image converting means 5 to convert the image pickup direction of the image picked up and input by the image pickup means 2, a marker recognizing means 7 to recognize the marker 1 out of the image converted by the image converting means 5, a route calculating means 8 to calculate the route in which a vehicle advances according to the position of the marker 1 recognized by the marker recognizing means 7, and a steering wheel operation indicating means 9 to indicate the operation of the steering wheel according to the route calculated by the route calculating means 8.
