PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative braking method and device for a land mobile which can effectively accumulate regenerative energy using a simple and light weight mechanism, and eliminate influences on the operational feeling of the land mobiles such as vehicles or the like by performing the regenerative braking.
