PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usefulness of the sun roof by providing the shade with a good operability and improve the durability and rigidity of the sun roof. SOLUTION: The opening of the sun roof is separated into the front and rear parts and the shade is provided separately on the front and the rear. The rear end of the transparent member is fitted at the closed cross section formed by cross members provided extendedly from the rear header of a roof panel and by the roof panel.
