The inventive pump consists of: a case (1) comprising a pumping chamber (3) and an inlet valve (5); a piston (7) comprising a lower, external sealing lip (9) and an internal sealing lip (19), said internal lip bordering a central hole (17) in the piston (7); a hollow pumping rod (21) which passes through the central hole (17) and which is provided with a conduit (23) which communicates the pumping chamber (3) with the outside; a fixing device (37), comprising an upper support wall (39), which is used to fix the case (1) to a container; a first elastic element (31) which is housed in the case (1) and a second elastic element (47) comprising an upper bearing point (49), said point being applied directly to the rod (21) and disposed on top of the upper support wall (39).
