The invention concerns a multipurpose probe for an aircraft. The probe comprises a mobile vane (1) designed to be oriented in the axis (8) of an air stream surrounding the probe. The mobile vane (1) comprises first pressure sensing means (20, 21) for measuring the total pressure (Pt) of the air stream and second pressure sensing means (22, 23) for measuring the static pressure (Ps) of the air stream. The mobile vane (1) further comprises a profile whereof the sweep ( lambda 1, lambda 2) is variable.
