The installation further comprises measuring components for establishing values concerning the outside air stream temperature at the condenser input, the compressor output pressure (123), and the compressor input pressure (123). The electronic control device (401) resolves a linear equation, relating the mass flow rate of the coolant with the values measured by the measuring components to calculate an estimation of a quantity relative to the coolant.
