A device for allowing the user to set at least one of desired metabolism circuit information,environment factor information,and end condition information,changing a node and/or edge included in the metabolism circuit information until the end condition information preset by simulation condition setting according to at least one of the metabolism circuit information and environment factor information preset by the simulation condition setting is satisfied,doing a metabolism simulation by metabolism flow velocity balance analysis,and outputting the results of the carried out simulation.
