PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an inner fin accommodated in a casing in a heat exchanger wherein headers 13, 14 are joined to both opening ends of a flat tube, one of fluid channels is formed from an inlet header 13 to an outlet header 14, upper and lower two sheets of plates 21, 22 respectively molded into the specific shape are joined to form a casing, the other fluid channel is formed from an inlet opened at one end to an outlet opened at the other end, and the casing and the tube are stacked. SOLUTION: Recessed faces 27, 28 obliquely extended and intersected to each other are formed on both plates 21, 22 continuously or at proper intervals, and the intersected bottom parts of the recessed faces 27, 28 are joined to form a circulation chamber.
