PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a concrete structure gives a cool feeling and impairs landscape when the shape is large, although it is necessary to enlarge the shape of a concrete structure or a pressure support plate when the bearing capacity of the ground surface course is small, and further, cement generates cracks and the surface course of the ground is disturbed even if cement is placed up to the injection mouth. SOLUTION: A stress caused by both resistances and the tension of an anchor body is mostly restricted by the circumferential tensile strength and the compression strength of a hole-retaining-cum-pressure supporting pipe inserted in a boring hole in the free length section and converted to the compression of the filled cement paste, and hence, it is not transmitted to the natural ground as a large stress. The hole retaining-cum-pressure supporting pipe serves as a conventional pressure support disc installed on the ground surface as usual to prevent sliding earth lumps. In this way, the anchor is not exposed on the ground surface and hence, the landscape is not impaired by any adverse influence. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
