PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance or improve the reproducibility of a cold nuclear fusion reaction or excessive heat generation due to electrolysis. SOLUTION: A three-phase AC power supply is used and the three electrodes of a three-phase AC electrode having coils and rotated are evenly arranged in the electrolyte layer of an electrolysis system. Also, a single induction electrode is provided at the center of the three-phase AC electrode arranged and is rotated to constitute the electrolysis system which uses the three-phase AC power supply. Further, the electrode surface or electrode surface layer part of the three-phase AC electrode or an induction electrode is composed of many kinds of different metals using a variety of arrangements and alignments.
