METHOD FOR PRODUCING FERTILIZER USING RURAL COLONY WASTE WATER SLUDGE OR COMBINED SEPTIC TANK SLUDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fertilizer using rural colony waste water sludge or combined septic tank sludge and utilizing easily these sludge as an organic fertilizer. SOLUTION: The sludge is put in a sludge hopper 1 and its moisture content is decreased to 75%. Carbonized chaff and the organic fertilizer are mixed and kneaded with the weighed sludge in a mixer 3 and the moisture content is decreased to 40-30% in a rotary kiln 4. Thereafter the sludge is granulated and irradiated with microwave and then the moisture content is prepared to 20-10%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
