PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress falling of a scraper to a pulley side. SOLUTION: A support plate 8 of the scraper 1 is formed of a steel plate having a doglegged cross section, and erected on a holding shaft 2 by the lower side part of the doglegged shape. The scraper 1 is made of urethane as a plate having the doglegged cross section, is inserted from the side of the support plate 8 along a groove 1c formed in a part 1a of the lower side of the doglegged plate, grapples both surfaces of the support plate 8, and screws the support plate in this state. The direction of the upper side of the doglegged plate of the support plate 8 is opposite to that of the upper side of the doglegged plate of the scraper 1. The scraper 1 supported by the support plate 8 has small vibration, can suppress the falling of the scraper to the pulley P side, and has the improved scraping efficiency, different from the prior art where the scraper is supported by a straight support plate.
