PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pushing-up movement of a bevel gear due to deformation of a cab floor at the time of vehicular frontal collision, and to prevent a steering from being pushed up into a vehicular interior. SOLUTION: A side end of a front cross member 2 extending along a front edge of the cab floor 1 of a cabin in a vehicular width direction is mounted on a chassis frame. A bevel gear 4 of a steering is installed on a front end lower surface of the cab floor 1 in a driver's seat foot place. In this cab floor structure for a cab over type vehicle, the bevel gear 4 fastens one end 41 of a bracket 40 holding the bevel gear 4 at a rear position of a mount portion 3 in a side end of the front cross member 2 structuring a closed cross-section with a front end lower surface of the cab floor 1. And the bevel gear 4 fastens the other ends 42, 43 of the bracket 40 to a floor member 5 having a front end united with the front cross member 2 at a position close to a center of the cab floor 1, and backwardly extending to structure the closed cross-section with an lower surface of the cab floor 1.
