PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the mechanical strength of a front axle case and reduce an assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: The front axle case 28 and a cylinder case 31 of a hydraulic cylinder device 30 are molded integrally, so that the cylinder case 31 reinforces the front axle case 28 to increase the mechanical strength of the front axle case 28. The cylinder case 31 is arranged near a bearing portion 28a that is the center of oscillation of the front axle case 28, so that the mechanical strength of the front axle case 28 is increased especially near the bearing portion 28a expecting heavy load application.
