MOUNTING MEMBER FOR VEHICLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a mounting member for a vehicle and the weight. SOLUTION: An annular flange part 21 is formed at an outside perimeter of a metallic shaft body 20. The flange part 21 is arranged at the position apart from the end of the shaft body 20 to the base end only by a predetermined distance. A metallic cylinder 30 is fitted into the circumference of the shaft body 20 at an end side apart from the flange part 21. An annular projection part 31 is formed at the end part of the cylinder 30 by swelling out not only the outside perimeter but the inside perimeter outward. A stop projection part 22 which is fitted, without clearance, into the inside perimeter of the annular projection part 31 with thrust is formed at the end part of the shaft body 20.
