PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for an automobile wherein the constitution is simple, the heating capability is high, and in addition, the inside of the automobile can be effectively heated even at the time of a low temperature. SOLUTION: A refrigerant which is compressed by a compressor 46 is condensed by a rear seat side heat-exchanger 62 arranged in a rear seat side air- conditioning unit 48, and becomes a gas refrigerant of a high temperature and a high pressure. Then, air is heated by the gas refrigerant and fed into the automobile on the rear seat side. In the meantime, the pressure of the refrigerant having heated the air is reduced to a proper pressure by which the refrigerant is not liquefied, by a pressure-reducing valve 104, and then, the air is returned to the compressor 46. Also, a cooling water which is heated by an engine 44 is fed to a heater core 88 arranged in a front seat side air-conditioning unit 50, and air in the automobile on the front seat side is heated.
