PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the inner locking parts of a nonslip implement for a tire are easy to break or cut due to an unbalanced tensile force, when the nonslip implement comprises a band-shaped, nonmetallic, nonslip implement body that can be wound around the outer circumference of the tire, an inextensible inner tightening chain welded and held on the inside part in the width direction of the nonslip implement body, and an outer tightening apparatus arranged to pull the outside part in the width direction of the nonslip implement body toward the center of the tire upon winding the nonslip implement body around the outer circumference of the tire, and the nonslip implement body is provided with the inner locking parts for locking the inner tightening chain at a plurality of points in the longitudinal direction on the inside part in the width direction and with the outer locking parts for locking the outer tightening apparatus at a plurality of points in the longitudinal direction on the outside part in the width direction.
