The elimination function of speed and run-out tolerance of a CDR/W sledge motor (200) and a CD are evaluated by a speed evaluating device and a run-out evaluating device. The run-out compensation signals are output for amplification by a relay amplifier (30) from the run-out evaluating device. A spindle motor synchronized signal is output from the run-out evaluating device before a negative feedback calculation.
