<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device for an elevator allowing a maintenance contractor to obtain maintenance service matching with actual situation such as operation time of the elevator, failure frequency, and the number of part exchange. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal unit 8 is provided with an operation time detection part 12, a failure detection part 13, an inspection operation execution part 14, and an inspection execution part 14. A center device 9 is provided with an operation time history management part 16, a failure occurrence history management part 17, a part exchange history management part 18, an inspection operation history management part 19, an inspection history management part 20 of an external informing device 11, a point calculation part 21 for calculating points based on the data of these history management parts 16 to 20, and a service discrimination part 22 to provide the maintenance service discriminated by the service discrimination part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
