PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATING GYRO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrating gyro capable of reducing the possibility of the occurrences of rotational deviations in fixing and supporting when a vibrator and supports are fixed and easily performing positioning when the vibrator and the supports are joined.

SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric vibrating gyro, the column-shaped piezoelectric vibrator with a plurality of detecting and driving electrodes is used, and the vibrator is mechanically and electrically connected to the supports by the supports constructed at the locations of a plurality of nodes which occur when the column-shaped vibrator is vibrated. Slits are locally formed at fixing parts between the vibrator and the support members.
