THERMOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION, IMAGE FORMING MEMBER AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithography image forming member containing an IR- sensitive compound in which compatibility with a thermosensitive charged polymer is improved.

SOLUTION: A thermosensitive composition comprises (a) hydrophilic thermosensitive charged ionomer, (b) water or a water-miscible organic solvent, and (c) an IR-sensitive charged oxonol-based coloring matter (IR coloring matter) in which λmax, measured in water or the water-miscible organic solvent, exceeds 700 nm. The thermosensitive composition is characterized in that the IR coloring matter is represented by structural formula I. In the formula I, R', R1', R2' and M+are defined as described in the specification.
