<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective liquid crystal display device having a reflection electrode having satisfactory reflection characteristics, a production method therefor with simple processes, transfer materials for forming a reflector plate to be used therefor and a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer materials for forming the reflector plate and having at least one thermoplastic resin layer, at least one intermediate layer and a photosensitive resin layer on a temporary support in this order and ruggedness formed on the interface of the photosensitive resin layer on the side of the temporary support at least, and the production method therefor are provided. The liquid crystal display device is provide with a first substrate partially with a first electrode having a light reflection function formed on a surface opposite to a second substrate at least, the second substrate located while facing the first substrate and a liquid crystal layer sealed between the first and second substrates are provided and between the first substrate and the first electrode, a resin layer is provided while having ruggedness on a surface to be formed by processes including transfer by using the transfer materials for forming the reflector plate, and the production method therefor is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
