PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visual heating effects and prevent unsafety actions such as touching a heater by hand by radiating the light of a light source 28 from one side in a radiation body 23 to the whole front surface via a through hole 27 in operating radiation heating. SOLUTION: The radiation panel 24 is provided with a plurality of wavelike reflecting plates 29, and reflects the light from the light source 28 on the wave part by the whole body of the reflecting plates 29, which incline toward the radiation body side as being separated from the light source. This constitution can provide the light of the light source to be radiated frontward the radiation body 23 with a stress of weak/intense lights, greatly increase the quantity of the light source 28 radiating on the front surface irrelevant to the one-side light source 28, allow a user to easily recognize the light of the light source 28 and the visual heating feeling, and prevents the user from doing the unsafe action such as touching it by hand.
