PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen gas barrier film capable of developing high oxygen gas barrier properties, especially excellent oxygen gas barrier properties even under a high humidity condition and also good in sealant adhesiveness, and a method for manufacturing the same having excellent oxygen gas barrier properties at a low cost from an easily obtainable material. SOLUTION: In the oxygen gas barrier film obtained by forming a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer on at least one surface of a biaxially stretched polypropylene resin film through an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer comprises a modified polyolefinic resin with an acid modified quantity of 0.3-0.8 wt.% and a melt flow rate of 2.0-5.0 g/10 min containing an acid modified polyolefin.
