The device has an at least partly tubular joint part reamed in an end region to hold a disk-like pivoting part pivoting about an axis transverse to the cylinder axis of the tubular joint part. A light arm(s) or similar can be attached to the disk-like part, which has a bore and/or reaming for a light cable. The pivoting part can pivot in the reaming within a range of greater than 45 degrees, preferably at least approximately 90 degrees. The device has an at least partly tubular joint part (13) with a reaming (12) in an end region accommodating a disk-like pivoting part pivoting about an axis transverse to the cylinder axis of the tubular joint part. At least one light arm or similar can be attached to the disk-like joint part, which has a bore and/or reaming for a light cable to pass through. The pivoting part (10) can pivot about its pivot axis in the reaming within a range of greater than 45 degrees, preferably at least approximately 90 degrees.
