<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device that prevents a color change in a multiple transfer intermediate transfer system or a multiple development system, which uses a small-particle diameter toner. <P>SOLUTION: In the color image forming device, an image writing data creating means has an image writing data correcting means. When a color toner image is formed by superimposing two or more toner layers in yellow and/or magenta and/or, cyan, and/or black, toner that forms a toner image which is the lowermost layer on an image forming body is regarded as A toner, the proportion of the amount of A toner attached to the surface of the image forming body is regarded as A1, and the proportion of the desired amount of A toner attached to the surface of the transfer material is regarded as A2.
