PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which allows a surface protecting layer to be tightly laminated without an adhesive, even when the surface protecting layer is formed of an olefin resin and thereby, eliminates a residual solvent attributed to the adhesive and further, allows a curable resin layer to be tightly laminated on the surface protecting layer. SOLUTION: First, a pictorial design layer 2 is printed in a urethane resin as a binder resin on a base sheet 1 of a thermoplastic resin. Next, a surface protecting layer 3 of an adhesive layer 4 using a composite thermoplastic elastomer having a polystyrene block which becomes a hard segment and a polyolefin block which becomes a soft segment and a transparent olefin resin layer 5, are formed in the shape of film and at the same time, laminated together by a multi-layer coextrusion process. In addition, when a curable resin layer is laminated, an adhesive layer is formed on the upper side of the former too as a surface protecting layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
