PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having such properties as excellent photosensibility electrification and performance stability for repeated use and high wear resistance, causing no frictional noise with a cleaning blade and having practically sufficient electrical and mechanical performance without causing image failure such as toner filming. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing at least a charge generating material, a charge transfer material and a binder resin on a conductive base body, the photosensitive layer contains as the binder resin: a polymer essentially comprising a structural unit expressed by specified formula [1]; a polymer comprising repeating units expressed by specified formula [2] and specified formula [3]; and a polymer essentially comprising a structural unit expressed by specified formula [4].
