PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a pathological inspection method for highly sensitively detecting the degree of morbid state in the kidney organization of a Thy-1 nephritis animal model that is useful as an animal model in a morbid state such as chronic mephritis. SOLUTION: In a Thy-1 nephritis animal model where the detection of the manifestation of clathterin mRNA in kidney organization is characteristic, the degree of morbid state and the effectiveness of a kidney disease curative medicine are evaluated by the method.
