PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven having an air exhaust port and a humidity sensor mounting structure. SOLUTION: This microwave oven includes a body whose interior is divided into a cooking chamber 12 and a machine chamber 11, and a cooling fan 51 provided in the machine chamber for letting the outside air flow into the cooking chamber to thereby cool various elements in the machine chamber. In this microwave oven, an air circulating unit discharges air in the cooking chamber, and the cooking state in the cooking chamber is sensed by the humidity sensor 60. The microwave oven is provided with a control part 90 for determining conditions of cooked material according to the information automatically or manually input on the cooked material A, and controlling the rotational frequency of the cooling fan according to the determined conditions.
