PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food can for repacking, which prevents blackening that generates when temporarily packing foodstuffs and reserving them, and out of which the used can for temporary packing can be reused in the state, to provide a manufacturing method therefor, and to provide a steel sheet for can. SOLUTION: In the food can for repacking made from a tinned steel sheet having a chromated layer on the surface, this food can has one or more score lines/mm on its inner face, which penetrate through the chromated layer and reach the tin layer. The width of the above score line is preferably 0.1 mm or longer but 1 mm or shorter. In addition, the tinned steel sheet used for manufacturing the present food can for repacking, preferably has 2.8-12 g/m<SP>2</SP>of a coating weight of tin in the tin layer, and has 1.0-10 mg/m<SP>2</SP>of a coating weight of chromium oxide in the chromated layer to be the inside of the can.
