The bar cooperates with at least one piston cylinder unit (8) bolted to the under-carriage and linked to the accessory hoist frame. At least one bolted connecting place is formed between the frame and the upper carriage (4). the under-carriage has a counter-bar (6) possessing an elongated hole and bolted (7) to the bar fixed to the frame.
