A method for repairing underground drainage pipe without excavation has a cylindrical jig pulled through the pipe to the damage site where expanding membranes seal the site. Supply lines to the jip provide a sealant as well as propulsion feeds. The sealant is applied between the membrane and the pipe wall with the jig removed after the sealant has set. The jig also has a flexible extending plug for repairing side feeds into the main drainage pipe.
