<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of manufacturing a rubber support which is simple to manufacture and is capable of shortening the time required and is low in cost, when the rubber support in small size is manufactured by cutting the rubber support in large size after manufacturing the rubber support in large size once. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber support 10 in large size of shape is once manufactured by forming a rubber single layer 10B between the inside rubber support base 10A in small size and its outside disposal part 10C. The base 10A is adapted to alternatively vertically laminate and bond an upper steel plate 14, a lower steel plate 16, an inner steel plate 18 and a rubber layer 20. Thereafter, the disposal part 10C is cut in cutting position P by a band saw. After then, ends of the steels plates 14, 16, 18 are eliminated from the end of the remained disposal part 10C and simultaneously the rubber layer 20 of the end of the disposal part 10C is removed, thereby obtaining a rubber support 22 in small size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
