<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip capable of efficiently analyzing and processing a large number of samples to be analyzed at a time by only one microchip. <P>SOLUTION: The microchip for electrophoresis is provided with channels for separation in a transparent substrate and channels for introduction which intersect with the channels for separation. The substrate is divided into a plurality of partitions, and each section comprises the plurality of channels for separation inside. One end part of each channel for separation communicates with ground-side individual wells for a migration medium, and the other end part communicates with a single high-voltage-side common well for the migration medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
