PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which shows outstanding adhesive properties between a coated layer and a base polyester film and high antistatic properties and a superb antioligomer deposition performance. SOLUTION: This polyester film has a coated layer with a thickness of 0.005 to 1μm formed on at least one face and a viscosity of 10,000 CPS (40% aq, 25°C) or less. In addition, the polyester film is derived from a coating agent containing a polymer with a quaternary ammonium salt in the main chain and no halogen atom or no ion present in the molecule.
