PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an unfavorable influence that a speed spectrum of an ocean current is overlapped with a speed spectrum of a subject on the sea to detect a position or a speed of the subject on the sea. SOLUTION: This sea area surveying radar system for detecting the position or the speed of the subject on the sea according to data from a plurality of ocean radars is provided with the three ocean radars 41, 42, 43 arranged in three different points, and the sea area is surveyed in an area excepting straight lines 61, 62, 63 for connecting the ocean radars, in the sea area surveying radar system.
