PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric signal-extracting method and an electric signal- extracting apparatus that eliminate the need for using hands during measurement and the need for soldering a metal chip for measurement or the like to an electronic substrate in advance, and can easily extract an electric signal for measurement from both the ends of an arbitrary chip component that is soldered onto the substrate. SOLUTION: A probe 2 that has sharply formed tips 5 and at the same time is bent slantingly downward face each other for arranging so that the sharp tips 5 oppose each other. The probe 2 is displaced inside, and the sharp tips 5 are pierced to a solder section 13 where a component is soldered on a circuit board. An independent electric signal is extracted from each probe 2 by keeping a state where the tip 5 is pierced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
