PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-spring-containing reinforcement joint that can reduce the processing cost using a low cost processing method and much reduce the cost through mass production, and absorb variations of the inner surface dimensions of a metal cylindrical material to ensure the strength of connecting reinforcements, and also provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The reinforcement joint is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of pressure segmental members 1, 2 and 3 for pressing a metal cylindrical material P from the outside, a rotary mechanism 4 for rotating the metal cylindrical material P, its cutting mechanism 5, and its feed mechanism 6; the metal cylindrical material P being rotated by the rotary mechanism 4 while pressed under load from the pressure members 1, 2 and 3 from outside to form uneven parts for threads on the inner and outer surfaces of the metal cylindrical material P, the metal cylindrical material P being cut and divided into predetermined lengths by a cutter 5, and a coil spring S being inserted into and fixed in each cut metal cylindrical material P.
