PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment technology which effectively removes internal stress accumulated in a workpiece during forming, and enhances dimensional stability. SOLUTION: This method for heat treatment comprises arranging an annealing means 100 for annealing the workpiece W, as a pretreatment step prior to main treatment such as solution treatment, rapidly heating the workpiece W by using a rapid temperature-raising furnace of a hot-blast circulation type, and removing the internal stress accumulated in the workpiece W during processing.
