PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair treatment agent composition capable of imparting the hair with feelings of sufficient softness, plasticity and moisturing hair. SOLUTION: An amide amine compound expressed by the formula (1): R<SP>1</SP>CONH-(CH<SB>2</SB>)m-N(R<SP>2</SP>)<SB>2</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents a residue of a 13-23C higher fatty acid; R<SP>2</SP>represents a 1-4C alkyl group; and (m) represents an integer of 2-4.), a glycerol mono fatty acid ester such as an oleic acid monoglyceride and an organic acid are blended.
