The invention relates to a heat-curable binding-agent composition based on rubbers and vulcanizing agents containing natural and synthetic and/or olefinic double bonds. Said compositions can be formed into multi-layer, fla t shaped bodies by extrusion onto reinforcing elements, which are in the form of films or flat structures containing fibres. Multi-layer, flat shaped bodies of this type are suitable for use as reinforcing and stiffening elements that a re devoid of the conventional low-molecular epoxy resins and/or volatile diisocyanates of polyurethane binding agents. Said shaped bodies are suitabl e for stiffening or reinforcing thin-walled, flat metal or plastic components, in particular in the automotive industry.
