<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously producing, at a low cost, an embossed carrier tape that has great strength and is recyclable. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a rolled material sheet producing device A and a product molding device B which performs pocket molding, punch molding, etc. for a rolled material sheet X, thereby molding it into a product. The product molding device B comprises a stretch roll, which vertically stretches the rolled material sheet X fed continuously from the rolled material sheet producing device A, and a heat fixing roll. Additionally, the device B comprises a re-heat roll, a multi-angular plane roll having a plurality of ringlike dies in its peripheral portion, and a punching roll provided in connection with the multi-angular plane roll and having a plurality of cylindrical pressing cutters in its peripheral portion.
