METAL GASKET MATERIAL PLATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material plate making it difficult for a rubber layer to be peeled off from a metal plate by increasing the adhesiveness of the rubber layer to the metal plate through an adhesive layer and treated by dechromizing in consideration of an environment and human body.

SOLUTION: In a laminated gasket material plate 1 formed by providing the rubber layer 5 on the metal plate 2 through the adhesive layer 4, a silane chemical conversion coating 3 formed of silane coupling agent containing epoxy group, mercapto group, or amino group as a functional group is provided between the surface of the metal plate 2 and the adhesive layer 4. The adhesive layer 4 is formed of phenol resin adhesive agent, and the rubber layer 5 is formed of NBR rubber adulterant.
